Adsorption dehumidification method using adsorbent (mainly activated alumina) has two towers, A and B. While tower A is in the dehumidification process, tower B regenerates the adsorbent, alternating between towers A and B at regular intervals. It is a device that continuously supplies good quality dry air by performing switching work repeatedly.
1. Low dewpoin type is DP-70 C at 1atm or less.

Install an integrating flowmeter on the inflow side, and continue operation until the total flow reaches the specified amount for full-load operation during light-load operation or when the flow rate fluctuates. It is a system that switches and shifts with the signal of the integrated flow meter when it reaches the specified amount. It is the best method for energy saving mechanism of heatless type (including low dewpoint type).
In this method, a dewpoint meter is installed in the operation panel to detect the outlet dewpoint. During light load operation, operation is continued until the outlet dewpoint reaches the set dewpoint.
This is a system that switches and shifts with the signal of the dewpoint
meter when the set dewpoint is reached.
